Among Invisible Strings, 2019, installation, metal, fabric, wood, sand, string, wheels

A site-specific work made for M HKA in Antwerpen. Using the inbedded movement of the stairs, a wooden object was installed on its railing. The object was connected through strings to another object in a space the stairs were leading to not visible from the stairs. If the general don’t touch-rule of museums was disregarded and there was an interaction with the wooden object, the second object would reveal this interaction.
