R/LOOM is an ongoing collaborative work between Johna Hansen and Yuko Yokota. The work revolves around the loom as an integrated part of its surrounding architecture and the production of the textile as a result of inhabitation. The work is exhibited through durational performances. The collaboration between Hansen and Yokota begun in 2017 with a production residency at the Danish Art Workshops in Copenhagen and a process-exhibition at Kunsthal Varte in Jutland. In 2018-19 R/LOOM was part of the exhibition Japan Return at A. Petersen in Copenhagen.
